  • Crème fraîche or fresh semi-whipped cream 300 g
  • Egg M 1
  • Butter 30 g
  • Icing sugar 80 g
  • Brown sugar
  • Claudias plums 500 g

We heat the oven to 180º C, heat up and down and without air. In a removable non-stick mold we place the puff pastry sheet, cutting the excess dough. We puncture the base with a fork. Beat the egg and mix it with the sugar and crème fraîche or cream.

We pour carefully over the dough. Above we place the claudias plums clean, dry and split in half. Sprinkle with brown sugar and we distribute the butter in small pieces.
