Fruit tarts have nothing to envy any other, no matter how sophisticated. Taking advantage of the fruits we have each season we can enjoy simple and very juicy cakes like this claudias plum cake recipe.
With the sugar and juice that the fruit contains, you need little more to get a exquisite dessert, so I encourage you to try it. If you do not find sour cream, or crème fraîche, you can substitute semi-mounted cream.Live to the Palate Meringue snacks with hazelnut, recipe to sweeten the desktop

We heat the oven to 180º C, heat up and down and without air. In a removable non-stick mold we place the puff pastry sheet, cutting the excess dough. We puncture the base with a fork. Beat the egg and mix it with the sugar and crème fraîche or cream.
We pour carefully over the dough. Above we place the claudias plums clean, dry and split in half. Sprinkle with brown sugar and we distribute the butter in small pieces.
We bake for 45 minutes or until the surface of the cake is golden. Let cool and refrigerate, preferably, a few hours before eating the cake. We unmold carefully and serve.
With what accompany the claudias plum cake
This claudias plum cake You need rest so that it is at its perfect point. Although it can be taken freshly, I personally recommend letting it cool, even refrigerating it for a few hours. Although puff pastry is best taken when it has just been baked, the filling is much better fresh.
