It is the case of a children's recipe book illustrated with drawings that is a delight and which I had already told you about, A kitchen all of chocolate. From this book I wanted to do the chocolate cream terrine recipe, although they are originally called old-fashioned cream terrines.
Ingredients for 8 people
- We will need 1 liter of milk, 100 g of chocolate cover (between 50 and 70% cocoa), 100 ml of cream (35% mg), 100 g of sugar, 15 g of cocoa powder (100% cocoa), 3 Eggs and 3 yolks.
How to make chocolate cream terrines
We put in a saucepan 1 liter of milk along with the sugar. But without it boiling. In addition, we melt the chocolate with the cream in the water bath.
In a bowl we mix the cocoa powder with a few tablespoons of hot milk. We add the rest and the melted chocolate.
We add the eggs with the yolks. We mix well and serve in the terrines. We can pass it through a sieve first in case there is a clump.
We introduce in a deep bowl, we fill with water about 3 cm and cook in the preheated oven at 130 ° C for 50 minutes.
