The Bulli is not profitable, pose or reality?

It is hard to distinguish the reality of the artist's pose. The statements by Ferrán Adriá who has confessed that his business, the best restaurant in the world and with a menu that is around 250 euros, does not give benefits, they have given me much to think about.

Just give to live, these are his words about it. And I, who am skeptical, wonder: to live how? As a working family of four members who eat and throw away with a mere 1000 euros? Or as a rich new brother-in-law who lives in a big house and is not deprived of anything? The Bulli generates an important business That is not left alone in Cala Montjoi, as you can see on its website, whose job applications are derived to five different destinations.

I do not doubt that such a careful, experienced and worked kitchen requires a large investment in personnel, but we all know that in certain restaurants young chefs kill themselves for making unpaid stages, and I guess El Bulli will not be an exception. Nor is it about asking for an audit, Adriá has nothing to prove, but in the times that small entrepreneurs spend so many difficulties, you have to be cautious with certain statements.
