Risotto alla milanese video recipe with Cooking Chef

Ingredients: 150 gr of caramelized onion, 30 ml of extra virgin olive oil, 320 gr of arborio or carnaroli rice, 50 ml of white wine, 1 liter of meat or vegetable broth, 5 strands of saffron, 250 ml of cooking cream, 70 grams of Parmesan cheese, 20 grams of choricero pepper pulp, 5 grams of salt.
