Roast lamb

One of the recipes that we are passionate about and that we carry out on a holiday is the roast lamb. Legs and paletillas provide an unmistakable flavor, very tasty, especially if they are made in the oven. This one that we propose to you is a tradition in the house of some friends, we never imagine that being so simple will be so good.

The ingredients 1 lamb preferably with Denomination of Castile and León, a little salt and water. The preparation Preheat the oven to 190º C and dissolve a tablespoon of salt in a glass of water, smear the lamb with salt water and place it in a large clay pot containing ½ finger of water.

Bake the preparation for 90 minutes by turning it occasionally. It is very important that the skin acquires a golden hue and is crispy.

Once the cooking time has passed, you can remove and serve very hot accompanied by a salad and a good red wine.

Tasting As you have seen, it is a very simple recipe, although you can complement it with different herbs or spices, thus achieving spectacular flavors. Take advantage!
