To end a festive meal, nothing better than making a Cinnamon Apple Mousse. It is an easy dessert to prepare with which diners will give a very rewarding end.
The ingredients 4 apples, 200 grams of whipped cream, a little cinnamon powder and cinnamon sticks, 2 fingers of white wine, 1 tablespoon of almond liqueur, 8 cat tongues, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 20 grains of raisins.
The preparation Peel and chop the apples eliminating the heart, deposit the sugar, wine and chopped apples in a large saucepan. Cook the whole set until you see that the apples are soft. Remove the saucepan and let cool, now add the cream and almond liqueur, then crush with the blender and fill the service cups halfway. Sprinkle the cinnamon powder on each glass and place a piece of cinnamon stick on a decorative basis.
Finish by placing 4 or 5 grains of raisins and a pair of cat tongues.
